Why every tool is free

Most "free" email tools online aren't. They're demo versions of paid products — three uses a day, a watermark on the output, a signup gate after the first run, a "Pro" tier unlocking the only features you actually need. We didn't want to build that, and we didn't want to use that, so MailHyve is structured differently. Every generator, every export, every copy button works without an account, without a credit card, and without any usage limit.

The funding model is unglamorous: a single AdSense slot at the top of each tool page, well below the headline so it doesn't intrude on the actual work. The ads pay for hosting, the domain, and the time spent building new tools. That's it. There is no venture capital behind the site, no growth team trying to convert you into a paying customer, and no roadmap item that adds a paywall later. The whole site is intentionally small and intentionally static so the operating cost stays low enough that the ad income covers it.

What "free" means here

Free means free at the point of use, with no asterisks. You can generate one signature or ten thousand email addresses; you can paste a 50 KB list into the bulk tools; you can come back every day for a month and the experience is identical to your first visit. There is no rate limit per IP, no daily quota, no email required to unlock features, and no premium output format hidden behind a paywall. Bulk generation, CSV export, and copy-all are standard features on every tool that has them, not upgrades.

Free also means we don't monetize the inputs you type. The tools run entirely in your browser; the names, addresses, and contact details you enter never reach our infrastructure, so there's nothing for us to sell, share, or train models on. The only thing the site knows about your visit is the page URL, collected for traffic analytics — no input content, no keystroke logging, no recording of generated output.

Pricing FAQ

Is there a paid plan I'm missing?

No. There is no Pro tier, no team plan, no enterprise contact form. The tools listed below are the entire product, and they all behave identically for everyone who visits.

Will pricing change later?

The current tools will stay free. If we ever build something expensive to run — a heavy AI-backed tool, a server-side validator, an email-sending service — that specific tool might have a paid tier to cover its cost. The generators that are live today will remain free regardless.

Can I use the tools for commercial work?

Yes. Use the output in client projects, internal company communication, marketing campaigns, or anywhere else you need it. There's no attribution requirement and no license to read. See the terms of use for the short list of things we ask you not to do (sending spam, phishing, harassment).

Do I need to create an account?

No. There is no account system. Closing the tab is the only "sign out" needed. If you want to save settings between sessions, your browser's history will get you back here, but no preferences are stored server-side because there is no server-side storage.

How do I support the project if I want to?

The most useful thing is to not block the ads on the pages you use; that's what funds new tools and keeps existing ones free. Sharing a specific tool with a colleague who needs it is the next-best contribution. There is no donation page and no Patreon — the ad model is intentionally the only revenue channel.
