Privacy policy

The short version

Core generator inputs are processed in your browser and MailHyve has no account system. The site does load Ahrefs Web Analytics, and normal hosting infrastructure can process request information such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamps.

How the tools handle your inputs

Every generator is implemented in client-side JavaScript that ships as part of the page. When you type a name, paste a list, or upload a photo for the signature generator, that data stays inside your browser tab. The generated output is produced locally and rendered in the preview pane. No network request is made by the generator to send those form values to a MailHyve generation API. Page visits are still subject to analytics and ordinary hosting/network processing described below.

The photo upload in the signature generator is handled the same way. Images are read into the browser as a data URL and embedded directly into the HTML you copy out. They never reach our servers and they aren't cached anywhere we can access. They are not uploaded by the signature tool.

Analytics

The site loads Ahrefs Web Analytics from analytics.ahrefs.com. That third party receives information needed to serve the script and measure visits. MailHyve sends fixed event labels for generator starts and successful completions, successful copies or signature exports, template choices, external AI actions, and outbound vendor links. Event properties are limited to internal tool, page, template, vendor, placement, and output-format identifiers. They do not include names, email addresses, prompt text, generated output, uploaded photos, or user-entered URLs. See Ahrefs' own privacy documentation for its processing and retention terms.

Advertising

Some pages contain reserved advertising spaces. MailHyve does not currently load an advertising network, advertising cookies, or an advertising consent interface.

Cookies and local storage

The current application code does not implement a MailHyve cookie banner or store generator inputs in localStorage. Third-party analytics and hosting services may use their own storage or logs according to their policies.

Your rights

MailHyve has no user profile or saved generator-input history to retrieve through the application. Questions about site operation can be sent to the contact address below; requests concerning a third-party service may also need to be directed to that provider.

External AI services and links

AI tools on MailHyve build prompts locally. Choosing Open in ChatGPT navigates to ChatGPT with the prompt included in the URL, which passes that prompt to an external service. ChatGPT and any other service where you paste a prompt have separate accounts, privacy terms, and data practices. Do not include confidential or personal information unless you intend to provide it to that service.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything material — a new analytics provider, a new third-party integration, a change to how a tool handles input — we'll update this page and bump the "last updated" date at the top. Material changes don't apply retroactively.
